Each comic is dispatched bagged, boarded and protected further with thick packing boards to prevent bending and damge. We respect all of our comic books and treat them with utmost care. We are so confident in the quality of our comic books that we offer a 100% money back guarantee subject to our returns and replacements policy.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are delivered by Australia Post. Depending on the delivery option you choose, orders will generally be delivered within 2 – 7 business for standard orders after payment or within 24 hours for express orders.

We will attempt to dispatch your purchase as soon as possible. It is possible that there may be a slight delay. If we are unable to dispatch your order for any reason we will notify you within 2 business days.

Please inspect the product(s) immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 business days of delivery of any shortfall or incorrect orders.

Postage is calculated on our shopping cart and checkout pages. Postage costs vary depending on the number of comic books ordered, postage service type and your location. An outline of our prices are listed below (Prices may vary if ordering over sized comic books):

Returns & Replacements

If a product is damaged or faulty contact us by email within 5 business days. We will then organise return of the product.

Once returned and we assess that your product was damaged/faulty we will replace your product where possible.

If we are unable to replace the product with an identical one you may select another stocked product of the same purchase price or you can opt for a refund of the purchase price.

Any damaged/faulty product(s) must be returned complete and in the original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the damage/fault to the product has been caused by accident or by misuse by either you or a third party or if the product has been modified or tampered with in any way by you or a third party.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any order placed on this Site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price specified on this Site at the time you place your order.

We will send you an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

You acknowledge and agree that any person at the delivery address who receives the products is authorised by you to receive your order.

We reserve the right to reject any order, for any reason whatsoever. If you submit an order that is rejected, we will notify you as soon as possible and organise a refund.

Payment & Pricing

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices displayed on the Site may change at any time.

Payments can be made via Credit Card. All transactions are processed by Stripe. Your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Where applicable, delivery charges will be calculated and added to the total of your order when you place your order.
